And we wrap up this week with an edition of "Covers Redux!" Here's how we play the game: I present two covers, the original Marvel comic cover, and the cover of the Marvel book that reprinted the same issue. I tell you what differences I spot on it, and if I miss any, you post them in the comments! Coloring variations don't count, although I may mention which I prefer. Let's begin!
First up, here's Amazing Spider-Man #66 and the reprint from Marvel Tales #49. The most obvious change here is that there's been a background added to the cover, but also note that the image has been moved down and slightly to the left! Now, Spidey gets his whole arm on the cover, but Mystery loses part of his (although some of that's cropping of the image from the Grand Comics Database, which this series of posts would be impossible without).

I know I just did one of these last week, but the next cover in the gallery was one I didn't want to wait to share with you!
This is the cover to Imagination, May 1955. The only element about it that's sci-fi in the least is the robot, otherwise it could've been the cover to any magazine aimed at men! I've got to say, the artist on this one did a fantastic job on the leggy woman!

For my readers in the USA, happy Independence Day, and try not to blow any appendages off setting off fireworks! International readers, happy Monday (assuming any Monday can be happy... tonight will actually be my "Wednesday," since I work Saturday through Wednesday nights). Let's see what cool stuff I have for you to look at today!
Looks like we're starting off with some Looney Tunes collectibles this time around, beginning with these three Bugs Bunny costumes. As you can see, the earlier one was a bit more deluxe, what with the hood and ears.
